We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage projects within the IT Operational and UX Portfolio, specifically focusing on the consolidation of ITSM tools from on-prem Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to cloud Jira and Confluence. Additionally, the Data Loss Prevention project will fall under the scope of this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in problem-solving, communication, data analysis, reporting, and leadership, with hands-on expertise in ITSM tools (preferably Jira/Confluence) and a deep understanding of data protection and migration.
Key responsabilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and milestones for the ITSM and Data Loss Prevention projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables and ensure successful migration and implementation
- Oversee stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure alignment and minimize disruptions
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies through structured governance and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and legal requirements during migration and consolidation
- Regularly report on project status, risks, and outcomes to executive sponsors and steering committees
- Support change management activities, including internal staff offboarding and process transitions
- Coordinate documentation handover, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned after project completion
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in ITSM tooling migration and implementation (preferably Jira/Confluence)
- Deep understanding of data migration, data sensitivity, and protecting Bank IP
- Experience in managing project timelines and developing detailed project plans
- Skilled in overseeing stakeholder communication and managing risks
- Ability to manage compliance with regulatory, security, and legal standards
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting

- Understanding of automation and use cases within ITSM systems
