UX/UI Designer (Remote US or EU)

User Research:

• Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  Translate findings into practical design solutions that improve engagement and usability.

UX/UI Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency in visual design and interaction patterns.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Prototyping:

• Utilize Figma to design interactive prototypes that communicate the flow and functionality of new features.

Collaboration:

• Work with the lead designer, art director, product managers, engineers, and marketing team to align designs with business goals.
• Provide thorough design specifications and support development for seamless implementation.

Continuous Improvement:

• Test and refine designs using user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies to remain innovative.

Requirements
Trading UX/UI Experience:

• We are looking for candidates who have previously built out UX/UI components for a web-based trading platform.

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficient in Figma with experience in prototyping and creating design systems.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Strategic Insight:

• Proven ability to convert complex user and business requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data to refine and improve designs.

Industry Knowledge:

• Knowledge of crypto trading, Telegram bots, or blockchain ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and DeFi trends is a strong plus.
• A passion for meme coin trading and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced crypto environment.

Team Collaboration:

• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects with minimal supervision.
