We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the project for Supplier Exit Strategy Implementation. This critical role involves leading the transition as part of an exit from a managed service IT provider. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, communication, data analysis, and leadership skills, with a proven track record in project management and executing successful IT service transition
Key responsabilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and milestones for the exit initiative
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Oversee stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure alignment and minimize disruption
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies through structured governance and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and legal requirements during the exit process
- Report regularly on project status, risks, and outcomes to executive sponsors and steering committees
- Support change management activities, including internal staff offboarding and process transitions
- Coordinate documentation handover, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned post-project
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent leadership and general technical skills
- Experience in exiting from a managed service IT provider
- Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Skilled in risk mitigation and structured project governance
- Expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and legal requirements
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment
