Key responsabilities
As a Senior Web Developer, you’ll be instrumental in developing and improving innovative software that makes websites accessible. You’ll be given significant autonomy and responsibility, and your work will have a meaningful social impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently leading the development of new projects.
- Designing and implementing new features for the user dashboard.
- Expanding the existing API and managing the Docker infrastructure.
- Enhancing quality assurance and automated deployment pipelines.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Qualifications
We’re seeking a passionate developer with at least 4 years of professional web development experience, ideally with some background in personnel or team management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- A strong eye for design and experience with tools like Figma.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning new technologies.
- A history of successfully managing projects and collaborating effectively in a remote team.
- Proficient in English at least B2 and Germany C1.
- A basic understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a major plus
